I’m Davita, an advocate of well-being in the workplace.

Encouraging and advocating for well-being in the workplace using mindset and behavior change, plant-based and holistic nutrition, physical activity, proper sleep hygiene, stress and time management techniques and teaching the benefits of learning to enjoy life in the present moment.

During my time managing a demanding career and a busy, hectic home-life as a working parent of two, I learned the importance of developing the mindset and behaviors to build and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
